Olds & District Hospice Society Story - Kathy Kemmere Vice-President
Olds & District Hospice Society was conceived by the need to have hospice care in our community. A dedicated core group of women have moved the concept to reality with over 30 trained volunteers who are available to provide a variety of services to individuals and their families at end of life. Our volunteer board and committee members along with our part-time Hospice Service Coordinator work with local families, create awareness, and fund raise to support our organization and the creation/operation of our two hospice suites. The Hospice Stories were created to share information about our society and the families who have benefited from hospice care.
